Stilrichtung: Das Werk ist ein passendes Beispiel für die Digitale Op-Art (Optical Art) verschmolzen mit Konkretem Minimalismus. Es nutzt rein geometrische Linieninterferenzen zur Erzeugung optischer Täuschungen.

Bildbeschreibung: Das Bild zeigt einen zentralen, vertikalen Block aus dichten, horizontalen schwarzen Linien vor einem sanft von Weiß nach Schwarz verlaufenden Hintergrund. Dieser Block wird von zwei strahlenförmigen Linienkränzen überlagert, die aus einem oberen und unteren Zentrum entspringen und im Schnittpunkt eine rautenförmige Netzstruktur bilden. Im Hintergrund des Rasters schimmert schemenhaft die weiche, dunkle Silhouette einer Kugel oder Eiform hindurch. Unten links auf dem tiefschwarzen Fond befindet sich die gewohnte, feine Signatur „Walter Schneider 2024“.
